November Aurelia Fawley goes by Ember. She is the oldest of four, having three younger brothers. Her mother was a Las Vegas showgirl until her father sweeped her off her feet and brought her to live with him in Los Angeles. It wasn't too long after that when November was born, follow by three more. Her mother was a stay-at-home mom while her father worked as a Hotelier for the Accor hotel group, which has over 3,000 hotels in over 100 countries. He had been working in the hotel business since he was first able to get a job. The family was well taken care of and they wanted for nothing, her father bringing in really good money. But when November was about 12, her mother began to take classes, went to trainings, and went to conventions to learn how to become a professional organizer. By the time November was 17, her mother had her own profession organizer business. Ember began to take classes and trainings much like her mother did, and she learned everything she could from her mother and once she was able, she began working for her mother. But she wanted a break from LA life so she moved out to Redondo Beach for a breath of fresh air. She still lives there now, and the drive to the main office is about 30 minutes, but she doesn't go there every day - she travels around going to various houses to do the work. She also spends a lot of time in hotels so she doesn't have to do the super far drives more than once in a day.
